WICCON is a cybersecurity conference that puts women’s technical achievements in the spotlight.

food
All food that will be served has vegetarian and vegan options.
Parking
There is free street parking in the area, but as it is also an area with a lot of offices you may not be able to park in front of the venue on the street or maybe even have to walk a little bit. Another option is reserving a spot on the Haarlemmer Stroom parking terrain via Mobypark or ParkBee.
ACCESSIBILITY
The Lichtfabriek is a historic venue we chose for its unique atmosphere, but this also comes with some limitations regarding accessibility. Entrances are not step-free and many areas can only be reached via stairs or a few steps. There are no wheelchair lifts, and some passageways are narrow. An accessible toilet is not available, and the ramp cannot be used during the event. Our staff and volunteers will be on site to assist with movement where possible.
public transport
Travel to Haarlem station, please check your route in advance because there is some maintenance on the tracks at Haarlem during WICCON.
From Haarlem station there are 2 options to get to De Lichtfabriek:
1. Walking. De Lichtfabriek is 1 km away from the station. This is about a 13-minute walk.
2. By bike. You can rent an OV-fiets at Haarlem station. By bike you can reach De Lichtfabriek within 5 minutes.
Afterparty?
On Thursday the 30th of October we will have a networking dinner & party from 19:00 - 20:00.
On Friday the 31st of October we will have a VRIJMIBO from 17:30 - 18:30.
Dress code
We don't have a dress code, but since we do WICCON during Halloween you are allowed to come dressed up!
Badge
Once again this year, you will get a badge from us!
WICCON tickets
At WICCON, we believe in diversity and inclusion and make the all efforts we can to promote this. With that in mind, our Standard ticket price is kept as low as we can afford.
We have a ‘Familiar’ ticket, which is aimed at those in situations where they cannot pay the full price to attend our conference. Those Familiar tickets are funded by our community sponsors and individuals who purchase Supporter and Business tickets. By purchasing a Supporter or Business ticket, you help us give aways tickets to those who can’t afford one.
We want everyone to get a chance to attend WICCON, but WICCON wouldn’t be possible without the necessary financial support. We make a request to future attendees that, if your company can pay for you, please purchase a Business ticket.
