Jaya Baloo

Chief Security Officer, Rapid7

Jaya Baloo is the CSO of Rapid7 and has been working in the field of information security with a focus on secure network architecture for over 20 years. She is the former CISO of Avast, and prior to that was CISO at KPN, the largest telecommunications carrier in the Netherlands. Jaya serves on boards of the NL’s National Cyber Security Centre, TIIN Capital, the NOS, and was the former Vice Chair of the EU Quantum flagship. She is also on the faculty at Singularity University.

Jaya is recognised as a top 100 global CISO and ranks among the top 100 security influencers worldwide. In 2019, she was selected as one of the 50 most inspiring women in the Netherlands by Inspiring Fifty. In 2022 she received an honorary doctorate from the University of Twente for her contributions to the field of Cybersecurity.

Sanne Maasakkers

Senior Analyst, Mandiant

Sanne Maasakkers is a senior analyst at Mandiant (previously NCSC-NL). With a background as a pentester and Red Teamer, she leverages her hacker mindset to explore emerging attack trends, methodologies, and vulnerabilities in (government) infrastructure. In addition, Sanne actively organizes crisis games and hack demos, and shares her knowledge by teaching young kids and teens about hacking. She also serves as a coach for the European CTF team in international competitions.

Dany has been working as penetration tester and DevSecOps engineer for 5 years, in several large organizations. One of her roles is teaching basic threat modeling techniques to dev teams.

Anna Prudnikova

Anna Prudnikova is a Team Manager in the domain of security standardization and certification with over ten years of working experience in the field of cyber security. Her expertise in cyber security varies from experience in audit and assurance to technical expertise in testing. The psychological factor in cybercrime has been neglected far too long, and Inge is here to change that. Her goal is to turn the people in your organization into a human sensor, enabling your staff to secure your organization.
Degrees in Social & Organizations psychology and Change Management, combined with a solid experience at research institute TNO give her a strong scientific basis.
Having served in the military in Afghanistan and being lead communicator in ransomware incidents show her practical side. Inge is Head of Expertise and Director Behaviour and Resilience and at the international cybersecurity company Northwave.

Gerine Lodder

Product Lead, Northwave

Gerine is currently product lead at Northwave cybersecurity. She has a PhD in psychology from Radboud University and the Catholic university Leuven (2016). She worked as a Postdoc Researcher in sociology at the university of Groningen, and an assistant professor in developmental psychology at Tilburg University. She is an expert in social relationships, and was part of various advisory boards regarding social health. In addition, Gerine co-developed Northwave cybersecurity’s incident response service, which is used in practice to mitigate the negative effects of ransomware attacks on mental health.

Maja Reissner

Maja is a curious and ambitious human who enjoys working on complex systems and shows strong perseverance in understanding how things actually work. She has a master's degree in Biochemistry and has been working in IT (focus on security, privacy and cryptography) for the last couple of years.

Ottilia Westerlund

AppSec Engineer, GitLab

Ottilia is an Application Security Engineer at GitLab who enjoys doing community outreach, talks, guest lectures and rants to whomever is there to listen.
She first discovered the field of cyber security at a LAN party in Sweden as a young teenager, where she attended a talk on password cracking. She holds a First class BEng (Hons) in Cybersecurity and Forensics from Edinburgh Napier University, and her undergraduate research on drone hacking was published by IEEE in 2019.
When not working, she is often found on a remote island somewhere in Scotland, ideally with her knitting in hand.

Dorrit Sliepen

Cyber Security Manager, Accenture

Dorrit is part of Accenture Security and for the past six years she has worked extensively on a variety of security topics. Her expertise lies in guiding clients through evolving security challenges and enhancing their security maturity. With a degree in Law & Technology from Tilburg University, Dorrit also brings a blend of legal and technological expertise to her cybersecurity work. This interdisciplinary approach allows her to tackle complex security issues in a multidisciplinary and unique manner.
In addition to her core competencies, Dorrit is conversational in Mandarin, a valuable asset in the context of global cybersecurity strategies and useful in her previous role managing collaborations between European high-tech corporations and China.
In 2018, Dorrit was nominated for the Young Female Talent Award of ‘Stichting Topvrouw van het jaar’. Next to all this Dorrit is the co-founder of écrassée, a network for female professionals, that centers around female empowerment and helps female professionals thrive in their careers.

Eva Tanaskoska

Eva Tanaskoska is a red team operator working in the Northwave Red Team with a strong background as a network engineer. With expertise in network architecture, protocols, and security practices, Eva specializes in emulating real-world cyber attacks to identify and exploit vulnerabilities in organizations' defenses. Her technical proficiency, critical thinking, and strategic approach have proven instrumental in fortifying security postures and mitigating risks. Adept at communicating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, Eva fosters strong working relationships and facilitates shared understanding with a goal of helping organizations keep their networks secure against threats.

She works closely with the sales representatives to be a trusted cybersecurity advisor for customers. Before Palo Alto Networks, she studied Computer Science at Utrecht University and specialized in Cybersecurity by studying Security & Network Engineering at University of Amsterdam.
When she’s not helping her customers, you can find her in a classroom dancing away or on the court playing tennis to have a good work-life balance.
